Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: In this study, the online standards of the Pediatrics Department of Pediatric Hypertrophy of the Annex include: 1.Aged 0-18 years; 2.There is no restriction on men and women; 3.Betel nut peach body is hypertrophy; 4.There is a scientific episode of childhood sleep apnea (according to the "Guidelines for Children's Medicine and Medical Sleep Medicine Diagnosis" of the American Society of Children and Sexual Sleep Apnea; 5.Symptom course for at least 1 month. The criteria for children with hypertrophy in Africa and Peach in this study include: 1.No history of betel nut peach body; 2.No infection on it.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.History of otitis media, acute bronchopulmonary disease, systemic inflammation, tuberculosis, upper respiratory tract infection, sinusitis, high blood pressure, immune deficiency, hyperthyroidism, neuromuscular disease, allergic sinusitis, heart failure in the past 6 months, Malnutrition, craniofacial syndrome, bronchial asthma, cranial nerve palsy, head injury, laryngopharyngeal reflux, dental disease; 2.Other causes of obstructive sleep apnea.
