Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. After admission, he was diagnosed as liver tumor by imaging and clinical diagnosis, including PLC, liver metastasis and liver benign tumor; 2. The patient's liver tumor was in one half of the liver, which meets the indications for surgery and requires surgical treatment; 3. The patient No serious underlying diseases of the heart, lungs and other organs, and can tolerate surgery; 4. The Child classification of liver function before surgery is A or B is changed to A after strict conservative treatment; 5. Obtain the patient's informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with ascites or cachexia; 2. There are both hemilivers on the left and right sides of the tumor; 3. There are distant metastases or infiltration of surrounding tissues and blood vessels in patients with liver cancer; 4. Pregnant or lactating women; 5. With basic coagulation dysfunction; 6. Postoperative pathological reports of non-liver tumors; 7. Patients who have undergone interventional liver tumor embolization or chemotherapy; 8. Patients who have undergone upper abdominal surgery; 9. Tumor invades the common bile duct or primary common bile duct disease, and patients undergoing intraoperative cholangiojejunostomy.
