Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Over 18 years old; 2.Patients who require sedation, mechanical ventilation and intracranial pressure monitoring, and are admitted to the hospital with a diagnosis of severe head trauma, aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage, cerebral hemorrhage, or stroke.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.No informed consent; 2.Known medical history of glaucoma or medications that may affect cerebrospinal fluid pressure (such as diuretics, carbonic anhydrase inhibitors and glucocorticoids); 3.Known medical history of ocular pathology or optic nerve trauma; fractures of the skull base with leakage of cerebrospinal fluid; 4.Go to the brain stem signs; 5.Irreversible coagulation disease, suspected cerebral venous thrombosis or vasospasm.
