Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Clinically diagnosed with PD using the 2015 Movement Disorder Society diagnosis criteria and signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with an unclear diagnosis or suspected of other Parkinson's plus syndrome. 2. Patients with a history of stroke, head trauma, hydrocephalus, brain tumors, increased intracranial pressure and intracranial surgery 3. Patients with metallic foreign bodies, pacemakers and cochlear implants in their bodies. 4. Unable to cooperate with resting-state MRI scans 5. Simple Mental State Score (MMSE) <= 24. 6. Those with hearing changes, seizures, syncope, severe headache or other uncomfortable reactions during the assessment 7. Patients with alcohol dependence, central nervous system drug dependence. 8. Patients whose gait abnormalities may be induced by drugs (e.g., alcohol, etc.). 9. Patients with sleep deprivation, unrecovered jet lag, and excessive fatigue. 10. Pregnant women. 11. Patients with severe or recent cardiovascular or cerebrovascular diseases.
