Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients who were hospitalized in our department from January 2022 to December 2023, aged > 40 years; 2.After hysteroscopy + segmented diagnosing and curettage, and postoperative medical examination confirmed patients with endometrial atypical hyperplasia and endometrial cancer.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Those who cannot undergo hysteroscopic biopsy; 2.Those who refuse to participate in this clinical trial or refuse to sign an informed consent.
