Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with no complications after successful operation of Pilon fracture of distal tibia; 2.Able to consciously cooperate to complete the cognitive function assessment; 3.Agree to participate in this research and sign an informed consent form; 4.The follow-up time is>=6 months, and the clinical data and follow-up data are complete. 5.Subjects or their family members have and know how to use smart phones.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Basic diseases such as heart disease and central nervous system damage; 2.Primary mental disorder and dementia disease; 3.Receive physical therapy, Chinese medicine massage or acupuncture and other treatments during the treatment period.
