Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Meets the diagnostic criteria for DSM-5 depression; 2.Aged 18-60 years, junior high school education or above; 3.Voluntarily participate in the study and sign the informed consent; 4.Skilled use of smart phone; 5.HAMD scale > 8; 6.Can read Chinese fluently.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Have planned to commit suicide in the past 2 weeks, or have suicide behavior within a year; 2.Severe cerebrovascular disease and brain injury and other nervous system damage; 3.Serious physical disease, unable to take care of themselves; 4.Substance abuse (except tobacco); 5.Severe disease with severe psychomotor retarded failure to complete assessment; 6.Acute stage of nasolaryngology and respiratory system diseases.
