Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 18 or above; 2.Under go with Laparoscopic cholecystectomy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.History of allergy to narcotic drugs; 2.Heart function level III or IV; 3.Changes in liver function (Child-Pugh grade B or above); 4.Preoperative international standardized ratio (INR > 2.0); 5.Body temperature is higher than 38 ? or lower than 36 ?; 6.The blood test shows that the number of white blood cells is greater than 4 x 10^9 or less than 10 x 10^9.
