3 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosed sepsis (or septic shock); 2.Serum procalcitonin concentration >= 8ng/ml; 3.Body temperature > 38 degrees C and APACHE II > 15, with at least one of the following high-risk factors: (1)Trauma or surgery (including minimally invasive treatment); (2)Invasive treatment (including indwelling CVC, dialysis, ECMO, etc.); (3)Liver function damage (including obstructive biliary tract disease); (4)Immunosuppressed patients; (5)Invasive mechanical ventilation > 48 hours; (6)When ICU is hospitalized> 48 hours; (7)Intravenous nutritional support.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Participated in other clinical studies within 30 days; 2.Patients who do not cooperate with treatment; 3.Patients who are in terminal state or whose vital signs are difficult to maintain; 4.Patients who have been treated with broad-spectrum antibiotics on a regular basis within 30 days.
