Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.From April 2021 to December 2022, patients with Pilon fracture after surgical treatment in Shanghai Sixth People's hospital; 2.They were between 18 and 70 years old; 3.Patients with complete case records; 4.All patients were qualified for 12-month follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Complications such as open injury and fracture of other parts of lower limbs were complicated; 2.The time from operation to trauma was more than 2 weeks.
