Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.18 years old <= age <= 80 years old; 2.Ischemic stroke meets the standards of "Chinese Acute Ischemic Stroke Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines 2018" (1) Acute onset; (2) Focal neurological deficits (weakness or numbness on one side of the face or limbs, language disorders, etc.), a few are general neurological deficits; (3) Responsible lesions or symptoms/signs appearing in imaging for more than 24 hours; (4) Exclude non-vascular causes; (5) Brain CT/MR to exclude cerebral hemorrhage; 3.The time from onset to hospital admission is less than 72h; the time when symptoms begin is defined as "the time when it finally looked normal"; 4.The patient and the legal representative are able and willing to sign an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.There is high density shadow in plain CT scan, suggesting intracranial hemorrhage; 2.The patient has a serious, fatal or disabling disease, and the expected survival time is less than 3 months; 3.Has joined another study which is in conflict with the current study; 4.Patients could not complete the follow-up.
