Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients who are clinically diagnosed as acute myocardial infarction (including acute non-ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction or acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction); 2.Coronary angiography showed severe coronary stenosis (the angiography showed that the left anterior descending artery, circumflex artery, and right coronary artery stenosis were at least 75% or the blood flow reserve score was less than 0.80), and the blood vessel was successfully opened during the operation (balloon angioplasty or graft Into the stent), restore TIMI blood flow above level 2; 3.There is cardiac insufficiency (NYHA II-IV); 4.Aged >= 18 years; 5.All subjects have not taken any dosage form of Coenzyme Q10 or other antioxidant treatments for at least 1 month before starting the experiment; 6.Sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Severe liver and kidney dysfunction; 2.Complications occurred during catheter intervention; 3.Suffer from infectious diseases; 4.Long-term use of warfarin anticoagulant therapy; 5.Long-term use of glucocorticoids; 6.Life expectancy is less than 1 month or patients with malignant tumors; 7.Women of childbearing age and breastfeeding women.
