Interventions

experimental group:Immediately after recanalization, give nitroglycerin into the catheter, volume 10ml (800ug), time 10min
control group:Immediately after recanalization, 10ml of normal saline was given into the catheter for 10 minutes

18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Acute ischemic stroke; 2.CTA, MRA or DSA shows occlusion of large vessels; 3.Between 18 and 80 years old; 4.Less than 6 hours from the onset of stroke to groin puncture; 5.The degree of neurological deficits NIHSS score > 6 points, ASPECT > 5 points.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.The state of the nervous system improves spontaneously and rapidly to NIHSS 2; 6.The systolic blood pressure before GTN administration is less than 120mmHg; 7.Blood sugar 22.2 mmol/L; 8.Blood coagulation disorders, platelets 50 seconds, INR > 3.0 (9) Pregnancy or contraindications to nitroglycerin; 9.Are participating in other clinical trials; 10.No informed consent was signed.
