Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >=6 years; 2. Equivalent spherical lens = - 1.50D; difference between two eyes = 0.8; 3. No systemic congenital disease or organic disease.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Myopic patients who have been cured of amblyopia, dominant strabismus, congenital cataract, glaucoma and other eye diseases; 2. Patients with other eye surgery history and systemic diseases of diabetes and hypertension; 3. Suffering from eye diseases that affect the fundus morphology, such as retinal detachment, retinoschisis, retinal pigment epithelium hyperplasia, uveitis, etc.; 4. The measurement of choroidal thickness is inaccurate due to the poor quality of OCT imaging.
