30 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. A history of stroke; 2. 3-6 months after stroke onset; 3. Aged between 30–70 years; 4. Stable condition, clear consciousness, no visual impairment, no severe aphasia, and accept therapeutic instructions; 5. The modified Ashworth scale score of upper limb elbow or wrist flexor muscle tension is =18 points; 8. Did not take antispasmodic drugs; 9. Sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Fever, electrolyte imbalance or unstable vital signs; 2. Severe aphasia; 3. Disuse after stroke; 4. Implantation of electronic devices (such as pacemakers), implantation of metal parts in the brain or the treatment area; 5. Increased intracranial pressure or acute large brain area Infarction.
