Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the 2015 Chinese Medical Association Otolaryngology head and neck surgery issued by the "sudden deafness diagnosis and treatment guidelines" diagnostic criteria; 2. Unilateral hearing loss classification meets WHO(1997) moderate or above hearing loss; 3. Within 3 weeks, And nearly 3 weeks did not receive acupuncture treatment; 4. Right-handed, aged between 18-60 (including 18 and 60 years old); 5. Voluntarily accepted and treated, Agree to participate in clinical trials.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with mental and nervous system diseases, such as stroke, Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's syndrome, depression and so on; 2. Pregnant or lactating women; 3. Have MRI scan contraindications, such as claustrophobia, installation of pacemakers and so on.
