20 Years to 42 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The age of the women ranged from 20-42 years,and the body mass index (BMI) for the women was 18-30 kg/m^2; 2. Infertility factors include tubal sex, male sex, ovulation disorders, endometriosis or unexplained infertility factors; 3. Patients with normal ovarian reserve, including menstrual regularity (25-35 days), bilateral AFC 5-20, basic FSH 1.1ng/ml.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Systemic diseases of the whole body; 2. Patients with endometriosis above grade III; 3. Patients with genital tract tumors, acute or chronic inflammation of the genital tract, and other diseases that are not suitable for ovulation promotion; 4. Carriers of abnormal chromosomes in both spouses; 5. Patients with abnormal uterine anatomical structures such as deformed uterus and mediastinal uterus; 6. Patients have been treated with hormone drugs in the past 3 months.
