Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of schizophrenia in DSM-5; 2. Patients who have not received clinical improvement after 4-6 weeks of adequate treatment with at least two antipsychotics in the past 5 years; 3. Aged 18-55 years, right-handed; 4. Primary school education and above; 5. All of them obtained the informed consent of the patient or the guardian and agreed to participate in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. A history of major head trauma (loss of consciousness, time > 5min), CT or MRI suggest brain structural abnormalities, thyroid-related diseases, infectious diseases (hepatitis B, large and small Sanyang are excluded), nervous system diseases; 2. Previous history of other mental illness and history of drug or drug abuse; 3. Patients with severe somatic diseases such as heart, liver and renal insufficiency and poor control of diabetes and hypertension; 4. No antibiotics or probiotics have been used for nearly 2 months; 5. Complicated with other mental illness or alcohol or drug dependence, or whose diagnosis is unknown; 6. Pregnant or lactating women; 7. Unable to cooperate with those who complete the inclusion criteria and follow-up assessments.
