Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery (including hernia repair, gastrointestinal surgery, and common bile duct surgery) under general anesthesia, the anesthesia time is 2 to 3 hours, and the endotracheal tube needs to be removed after the operation; 2. American Association of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Classification: II-III; 3. Aged 18-70 years, gender is not limited, body mass index 18-30 kg/m^2; 4. The patient voluntarily receives general anesthesia and participates in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are known to be allergic to narcotic drugs or other drugs; 2. Patients who have a history of alcohol or opioid abuse; 3. Past neuromuscular disease history, endocrine system disease history, allergy disease history, mental illness history, Patients with severe cardiovascular disease and liver and kidney dysfunction; 4. Patients who participated in clinical studies of other drugs within the past 3 months.
