18 Years to 81 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age of the patient >= 18 years; 2. Edentulous mandibles or maxillas with teeth in very poor condition in need of all-on-4 restorations; 3. Rehabilitation with full-arch fixed prosthesis supported by implants in immediate function; 4. Implant insertion torque >=30N*cm to achieve primary implant stability; 5. Patients who are physically and mentally healthy and can tolerate surgery; 6. The patients had signed a written informed consent before surgery.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a history of head and neck chemoradiotherapy within the past five years; 2. Patients with bone metabolic disease or history of taking diphosphate; 3. Pregnant or lactating; 4. Lack of compliance; 5. Extremely poor oral hygiene or motivation; 6. Heavy smoking (more than 20 cigarettes/day); 7. Abusing of alcohol or drugs; 8. Patients with uncontrolled systemic diseases; 9. Previous implant installation.
