Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Disease group: (1) There is a clear eye dryness or foreign body sensation, and comprehensive analysis of the anterior segment reaches the diagnostic index of dry eye; (2) There is meibomian gland dysfunction; (3) 40 years old and above; 2. Control group: (1) No clear eye dryness or foreign body sensation; (2) Comprehensive analysis of the anterior segment is a normal ocular surface state; (3) 40 years old and above.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Except physical and chemical injury of ocular surface, trichiasis, pterygium, blepharitis, trachoma, pterygium, conjunctivitis in attack period, keratitis, meibomian gland dysfunction, dacryocystitis, Sjogren's syndrome, cicatricial pemphigoid and other diseases affecting ocular surface structure or function; 2. Operation history, such as glaucoma operation history or other conjunctival injury operation; 3. History of drug allergy, such as mitomycin C and tobramycin; 4. History of serious systemic diseases, such as severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction or other intolerable diseases; 5. Patient factors, such as children, mental disorders, lack of cooperation and poor compliance; 6. Patients participating in other clinical trials; researchers believe that other reasons are not suitable for clinical trials.
