Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Turner syndrome was confirmed by karyotype analysis of peripheral blood; 2. BMD-Z value <= -2.0 as measured by DXA; 3. With the consent of the patient or his guardian, and signed the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Other chronic bone diseases that may affect BMD, such as osteochondroplasia and malignant bone disease; 2. Other diseases that may affect BMD, such as: endocrine disease (parathyroid function already, hyperthyroidism, pituitary function decline, Cushing's syndrome, type 1 and type 2 diabetes, anorexia, androgen resistance syndrome, hypercalciuria), gastrointestinal disease, inflammatory bowel disease, gastrointestinal bypass, or other operations, primary biliary cirrhosis, pancreatic disease, celiac disease, malabsorption) and blood system diseases, multiple myeloma, leukemia, lymphoma, monoclonal immunoglobulin, hemophilia, sickle cell anemia, systemic mastocytosis, globin generation barrier anemia), rheumatoid immune disease, rheumatoid arthritis, system, lupus erythematosus, ankylosing spondylitis), chronic metabolic acidosis, end-stage renal disease, congestive heart failure, sarcoidosis, idiopathic scoliosis, etc. 3. Recent use of thyroid hormones, glucocorticoids, thiazolidinedione insulin sensitizers, aromatase inhibitors, heparin, acid suppressants and other drugs and health care products that affect BMD; 4. Smoking, long-term drinking of coffee or caffeinated beverages, excessive drinking (more than two units of ethanol per day, equivalent to 1 jin of beer, 3 liang of wine or 1 liang of spirits), nutritional imbalance and other bad lifestyles.
