Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients meet the diagnostic criteria of PDR, that is, one or more of the following changes: neovascularization, vitreous hemorrhage or preretinal hemorrhage. 2. It conforms to the indications of vitrectomy, that is, vitreous hemorrhage (VH), progressive fibrovascular proliferation (FVP), traction macular thickening and macular hole, traction retinal detachment (TRD), and traction rhegmatogenous retinal detachment (TRRD). 3. Aged over 18 years, no gender limits. 4. Informed consent can be obtained and patients participate in the experiment voluntarily.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with retinal vein occlusion, retinal artery occlusion, ocular diseases caused by trauma, etc. 2. Ophthalmic surgery has been perfo2022rmed recently. 3. Patients are unable to follow up on time in accordance with the doctor's advice.
