Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Histopathological biopsy was diagnosed as lung cancer stage III, and IV; 2. Aged 18 to 80 years; 3. Have basic reading and communication skills; 4. Those who received chemotherapy for the first time with a Karnofsky functional status score >= 70; 5. The patient signed an informed consent form and volunteered to participate in this study; 6. The estimated survival time is greater than 6 months; 7. Concise Fatigue Scale (BFI) >=4 points.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who merge cognitive dysfunction, mental disorder, consciousness disorder or unwillingness to cooperate; 2. There are contraindications to chemotherapy; 3. Patients with severe gastrointestinal symptoms, liver and kidney insufficiency; 4. Patients with two or more tumors.
