18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.The primary tumors are HNSCC, primary sites including nasal cavity, paranasal sinuses,nasopharynx, oropharynx, hypopharynx, larynx, et al; 2.Radical HT radiotherapy was performed; 3.Imaging examination (plain MRI and enhanced MRI,and if patients cannot perform MRI examination, CT plain and enhancement is applied; color Doppler ultrasound of superficial lymph nodes in th neck; PET-CT is also recommended if ecnomics permitted) to determine the invasion extent of primary lesions and lymph node metastasis; 4.Definitely pathological diagnosis and clinical stage; 5.Patients are supposed to survive over 2 years at least; 6.The cervical and supraclavicular regional lymph node metastasis are allowed; 7.Induction chemotherapy, concurrent chemoradiotherapy, consolidation chemotherapy, targeted therapy were allowed; 8.Karnofsky Performance Status (KPS) >=75 or ECOC 0-1; 9.Patients are 18 to 75 years old; 10.Complete medical data(including medical history, phisical check,relative examinations and history of treatment; 11.Patients voluntarily participate in the study and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients undewent surgery (Biopsy is not included); 2.Pathological types of the primary tumors is not squamous cell carcinoma; 3.Receive radiotherapy techniques other than HT; 4.Have a history of diseases of rheumatic immune system, such as Sjogren's syndrome et al; 5.History of salivary gland surgery or other physiotherapy; 6.History of head and neck radiotherapy 7.History of Trauma in head and neck.
