Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age between 16 and 60 years; 2.An ASA score of II-III; 3.Patients in open cardiac surgery under cardiopulmonary bypass.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with a history of Parkinson's, epilepsy, psychosis, Alzheimer's disease or myasthenia gravis before surgery; 2.Patients with a history of delirium or cognitive impairment; 3.Severe liver and kidney dysfunction, hypoalbuminemia ; 4.A visual and hearing impairment; 5.People unable to communicate normally due to language barriers, coma, dementia, sequelae of cerebrovascular disease, etc. before surgery; 6.Previous neurosurgery operation history; 7.Previous drug abuse; 8.Patients considered unsuitable for the study by the investigator; 9.Patients who do not agree to participate in this experiment; 10.More than 24 hours after operation with ventilator assistance (without extubation), cardiopulmonary bypass repeated transfer and transfer time exceeds 2 hours.
