Combined treatment group:Antidepressant medication combined with MECT

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Meet the diagnostic criteria of "depressive disorder" in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, Edition 5 (DSM-5); 2.The age ranged from 18 to 45; 3.No previous history of major depressive episode or manic episode; 4.HAMD (17 items) total score >= 18; 5.Cleaning drugs for 7 days or no antidepressant treatment for more than 7 days recently.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with severe physical diseases 2.Left handedness; 3.Excitement, irritability, suicidal tendency and examination were not suitable for the author; 4.Allergic to anesthetics and muscle relaxants; 5.Children, pregnant women.
