Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.According to the pathological and biochemical test results, all of them met the surgical conditions; 2.Elective radical resection of rectal cancer under intravenous anesthesia; 3.American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grade I~II; 4.The preoperative mini-mental state examination (MMSE) score was > 27 points.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with basic diseases and complications of various tissues and organs; 2.Patients with diseases of blood and endocrine system; 3.Patients with liver and kidney dysfunction; 4.Long-term use of sedatives, analgesics and opioids; 5.Patients with mental disorders are unable to cooperate with researchers; 6.Patients with tumor metastasis who have lost the opportunity of surgery; 7.Patients with severe heart disease or liver and kidney dysfunction who are difficult to tolerate surgery; 8.Patients who are allergic to the drugs used in this study; 9.Patients have received medical treatment within the past two weeks.
