Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with recurrent acute suppurative parotitis were collected from the Department of oral and maxillofacial surgery, Stomatological Hospital Affiliated to Nanjing Medical University from May 2021 to December 2022; 2. 2 or more recurrent episodes within one year; 3. Symptoms of allergic rhinitis (sneezing, runny nose, etc.) occurred before the attack; 4. The age is less than 14 years old; 5. Acute parotid gland swelling, pain, fever and other clinical symptoms; 6. The results of blood cell examination showed that leukocyte count (>= 10.0 x 10^9 / L), neutrophil count (>= 6.3 x 10^9 / L) and proportion (>= 75%), C-reactive protein and serum IgE (>= 0.35 kIU / L) were increased; 7. Sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Glucocorticoids or anti allergy drugs used in the last 2 weeks; 2. Diagnosed as other allergic diseases; 3. A history of severe allergies (e.g. anaphylactic shock); 4. Patients that cannot be diagnosed as allergic rhinitis or are difficult to identify inhaled allergens.
