Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with clinically confirmed distal radius fracture; 2. Intraoperative Ballottment test, neutral position, pronation position, supination position instability with one degree and above; 3. No age and gender limit; 4. Patients who agree to surgical treatment; 5. Patients who are willing to accept clinical physical examination, imaging examination and follow-up arrangement.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with the following diseases: diabetes, cervical spondylosis, rheumatism and rheumatoid arthritis, peripheral neuritis, wrist trauma, chronic pain, depression and other mental diseases or disorders, cerebrovascular diseases, brain trauma, Parkinson's disease, Alzheimer's disease, multiple sclerosis, severe systemic diseases; 2. Patients with obvious surgical contraindications; 3. History of wrist fracture and wrist soft tissue injury.
