Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Elderly patients undergoing elective thoracoscopic lobectomy under general anesthesia; 2. Aged > 60 years, weight 40-90kg, gender is not limited; 3. ASA Grade I-III, cardiac function Grade I-III; 4. Sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe hypertension, diabetes, pulmonary disease, liver and kidney insufficiency, heart disease or arrhythmia with poor control and Hb<75g/L; 2. Preoperative neuropsychiatric system disease, use of sedatives or antidepressants, alcohol abuse or drug dependence; 3. Patients with preoperative MMSE scores lower than the corresponding threshold; 4. Patients with hearing and visual impairment; 5. The use of dexmedetomidine is contraindicated with severe bradycardia or conduction block Disease.
