Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. 50 to 70 years of age adult females; 2. Natural menopause, and the age of menopause is greater than 3 year.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Suffering from chronic diseases of major organs: such as cardiovascular, lung, liver, kidney and brain tissue, etc.; 2. Internal secretory diseases: hyperparathyroidism, diabetes, etc.; 3. Take drugs affecting bone metabolism in the last 6 months: bisphosphonates, glucocorticoids, aluminum-containing antacids, etc.; 4. Other bone metabolic diseases: rheumatoid arthritis or osteoma (primary and metastatic); 5. After hysterectomy and oophorectomy; 6. Suffer from chronic diarrhea, constipation, chronic gastroenteritis, gastrointestinal ulcer and other diseases of the digestive system; 7. Take probiotics, bifidobacterium capsules and other drugs to regulate intestinal flora in the last 6 months; 8. Take amoxicillin and cephalosporin antibiotics in the last 6 months; 9. Be addicted to smoking and drinking; 10. Non-cooperative.
