Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Meet the diagnostic criteria for acute pyelonephritis; 2.Syndrome differentiation is bladder damp-heat syndrome; 3.Urine bacterial cultures are all positive; 4.Those who know and sign the consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Pregnant or lactating women; 2.People suffering from mental illness; 3.People with renal failure; 4.Accompanied by urinary tract obstruction or deformity; 5.Systemic infection; 6.Those who have taken other related drugs in the past 2 weeks or are participating in clinical trials of other drugs; 7.Patients with drug allergy.
