Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Epiphyseal closure and age less than 50 years old; 2.Arthroscopic diagnosis of ACL rupture at the root with intact remnant; 3.Less than 45 days from injury to operation; 4.MRI of the knee joint can be diagnosed as an anterior cruciate ligament rupture.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Absorption of anterior cruciate ligament stump; 2.Infection, bone tumor metastasis, knee osteoarthropathy; 3.Previous knee surgery.
