Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Male patients 18 years of age or older receiving elective TAPP.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with a history of neurobladder requiring routine intermittent catheterization; 2.Patients undergoing emergency laparoscopic herniorrhaphy or elective laparoscopic herniorrhaphy accompanied by additional procedures (e.g., nephrectomy, pelvic surgery) that require planned indwelling of catheters during and after surgery; 3.Patients who have taken tamsulosin before surgery.
