18 Years to 30 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 18-30 years; 2.No central nervous system and brain trauma; 3.No organic lesions found on conventional cranial MRI; 4.No serious mental or physical disease; 5.No drug or alcohol dependence History; 6.No contraindications to TMS and MRI examinations; 7.Voluntary participation and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Previous adverse effects with TMS; 2.Taking medications that influence cortical excitability; 3.Pregnancy; 4.History of lower extremity surgery; 5.The response to TMS could not be induced in TA muscle; 6.Poor compliance or failure to cooperate with testing, etc.
