70 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Single lesion, clinically considered as early lung cancer; 2.No distant metastasis or lymph node metastasis confirmed by PET-CT, head MR or other imaging means; 3.Age >= 70 years old; 4.High risk factors such as emphysema, pulmonary fibrosis, pulmonary insufficiency or cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; 5.Intolerance or definite refusal of surgery or chemotherapy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Severe bleeding tendency, platelet less than 50 × 109 / L and severe coagulation disorder; 2.Unable to cooperate with biopsy, microwave ablation or radiotherapy; 3.ECoG score > 3; 4.Severe systemic infection, high fever, skin infection and ulceration at puncture / irradiation site.
