Pretreatment group:After DLHP, FiO2 is 70% during OLV, and after TLV is restored after surgery, FiO2 is 60% to extubation
Control group:TLV FiO2 60% after induction, OLV was started 3 min before skin incision, FiO2 was 70% during OLV, and FiO2 60% after TLV was restored after surgery until extubation.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. One-lung ventilation lung mass resection surgery: including lung lobe/segment/wedge resection; 2. Gender is not limited, aged 18-64 years; 3. ASA classification: I-II grade; 4. Preoperative lung function is basically normal: FEV1: Male >= 3.197±0.117 L; Female >= 2.314±0.048 L.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases: history of congenital heart disease and cerebral infarction such as coronary heart disease, angina pectoris, myocarditis, heart valve disease; 2. History of thoracic surgery: history of lung tissue resection; 3. History of radiotherapy and chemotherapy.
