Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged > 18 years. 2.Surgical patients.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative cognitive dysfunction; 2. Long-term drinking, taking analgesics, sedatives or antidepressants and other psychotropic drugs; 3. Unable to cooperate for any reason, such as difficulty in language understanding, unable to arrange follow-up; 4. The investigator believes that it is inappropriate to include other conditions in this trial.
