Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 18 years; 2. At high risk of thrombosis assessed by professional clinicians of our hospital; 3. With complete hospitalization data and medical records; 4. Agree to sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant woman; 2. A clear history of thrombotic disease in the past; 3. Concomitant with infectious diseases or malignant tumors; 4. Cognitive impairment or inability to collect biological samples or inability to complete appropriate follow-up.
