Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 20-50 years; 2. Symptoms are chronic LBP with sciatica over 3 months; 3. Voluntary and signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. LBP caused by tumor, infection or fracture; 2. Has been treated with lumbar surgery; 3. Has neurological defect disease; 4. Patients with severe osteoporosis and mental illness, such as depression, anxiety, etc.; 5. Have liver and kidney dysfunction; 6. Patients with severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency; 7. Patients who are pregnant; 8. Patients with a history of cerebrovascular accident and/or myocardial infarction within 6 months before agreeing to participate in the trial; 9. Lumbar MRI/CT examination indicates lumbar intervertebral disc prolapse (prolapse or Upturned) or calcified patients.
