Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged 18-70 years, ASA grade I-II, BMI less than 25 kg / m2, elective transsphenoidal pituitary tumor resection. Fasting for 8 hours and drinking for 2 hours were strictly prohibited before anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnancy, abnormal upper gastrointestinal anatomy, after gastrectomy, emergency surgery, esophageal reflux disease, hiatal hernia, gastric cancer, and refusal to participate in the experiment.
