Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with malignant tumors of the head and neck; 2.No brainstem/medulla oblongata invasion; 3.KPS >= 70 points.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with liver and kidney dysfunction; 2.Bone marrow suppression above grade 3; 3.Moderate to severe cardiac insufficiency; 4.Other serious diseases; 5.People with a history of mental illness that is difficult to control.
