Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged >=18 years; 2.Preoperative imaging examination: patients with kidney stones (>=3cm) confirmed by urinary plain film (KUB), urinary tract CT or intravenous urography (IVP) and B-ultrasound.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.transplanted kidney, isolated kidney, horseshoe kidney, ectopia kidney, calycal diverticulum or other special cases; 2.severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction or heart disease; 3.Open operation history or repeated ESWL; 4.Severe infection of purulent kidney or other system; 5.Incomplete or lost to follow-up.
