Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.They met the diagnostic criteria for depression in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders IV (DSM-IV); 2.Currently in the non acute stage, that is, Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD17) score < 18; 3.The age ranged from 18 to 65 years old (including 18 and 65 years old), regardless of gender; 4.Primary school education or above or be able to understand the content of the scale; 5.Sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Previous manic or hypomanic episodes; 2.The patients with bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, schizophrenic affective disorder and other mental disorders were diagnosed before; 3.Patients with previous history of alcohol dependence and acute poisoning; 4.Pregnant or lactating women; 5.At present, there is a serious risk of suicide.
