Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged >=18 years, planning to elective thoracoscopic or laparoscopic surgery under general anesthesia; 2.ASA classification I-III; 3.Agree to participate in the study, accept follow-up, and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with hemodynamic instability; 2.Those who have participated in other researchers; 3.Unable to communicate normally: hearing impairment, language comprehension, mental illness, etc.; 4.BMI >=35kg/m^2; 5.Patients with pulmonary complications; 6.In the past Patients undergoing thoracic and abdominal surgery; 7.Patients undergoing intraspinal anesthesia or local nerve block.
