Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: For men and women aged 20-30, basic questionnaires are complete and easy to follow up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Sleep disorders, BMI is not in the range of 19.5-24kg/m^2, diabetes FPG > 126 mg/dL or HbA1C > 5.7%, hypertension (>140/90 mmHg), hypertriglyceridemia > 4.0µg/ml, smoking and drinking, Suffering from chronic diseases, heart disease, tumors and cancer, samples were damaged and lost during the experiment.
