Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Inclusion criteria for emmetropia or low myopia control group: (1)Volunteers whose eyes met the above diagnostic criteria for metropia or low myopia; (2)Sign informed consent; (3)With normal corrected vision; (4)Without any other organic eye diseases. 2.Inclusion criteria for pathological myopia group: (1)Accord with pathological myopia diagnostic standard; (2)Sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Exclusion criteria for emmetropia or low myopia control group: Cannot cooperate well to the study due to poor mental state. 2.Exclusion criteria for pathological myopia: (1)Those who cannot cooperate well due to poor mental state; (2)With congenital hereditary eye diseases, such as ametropia caused by congenital scleral abnormalities, adhesive leukoplakia, lens abnormalities and so on; (3)With other systemic organic diseases or a history of major previous operations.
