Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Newly diagnosed T2DM or previous diagnosis but no medication within 3 months; 2.Aged >= 60 years; 3.Follow-up was performed and informed consent was signed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.The end of various diseases or life expectancy is less than 5 years; 2.Diabetes autoantibodies are positive; 3.There have been more serious diabetes-related complications (diabetic nephropathy stage IV, diabetic retinopathy stage IV, atherosclerotic Sclerosing myocardial infarction or cerebral infarction, diabetic foot, etc.).
