Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age 18-80, gender unlimited; 2.Patients diagnosed with "knee osteoarthritis" or "avascular necrosis of the femoral head"; 3.Unilateral artificial total knee surface replacement or unilateral artificial total hip arthroplasty is required; 4.Subjects fully understand the benefits and risks of this study, and are willing to participate and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Perform bilateral artificial total knee surface replacement or bilateral artificial total hip replacement; 2.Suspected infection around the operative joint, including: invasive operation around the operative joint within 3 months (articular cavity puncture, arthroscopic surgery, etc.), peripheral venous blood C-reactive protein (CRP) > 16mg/L and erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR) > 35mm/h 1 week before surgery; 3.Patients with serious underlying diseases before operation or serious complications of vital organs within 3 months after operation requiring hospitalization.
